A furnished basement porch is ideal for evening drinks, and a barbecue and ping-pong table provide entertainment for guests. The 1,000 m² fenced plot offers privacy, with neighboring properties nearby.
Inside, the villa spans 320 m² on one floor. The living room offers a comfortable space with satellite TV (Spanish and German channels), while the dining area accommodates eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a vitro hob and separated from the living area by a breakfast bar.
The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature twin beds, with one offering an en-suite shower. The fourth bedroom, also with A/C and en-suite shower, is located in an extended part of the villa accessible via a terrace. An additional shower bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided. A cot and high chair can be supplied upon request.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The stay offered a serene escape for our group of 8. The sea views from the breakfast terrace were breathtaking, and the infinity pool provided a refreshing dip. The separate fourth bedroom with its own entrance added a unique touch. The nearby Caló de Sa Torre beach was a hidden gem. Kudos to the property manager for ensuring a seamless stay. Highly recommend this tranquil haven!

Fantastic villa - stunning view
What a pleasure! The best house we ever stayed in - fantastic view, well equipped, great beds, nice pool and contemporary modern indoor design. Thank you very much! With that house, pool and view we did not have any reason to explore the island. Also our grandma and all tree kids loved it. The pool was great also for the kids. We defiantly will go back again!

A great house with a great view
We had a great stay in this house. The housekeeper gave us a friendly welcome and everything was good organised. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 badrooms. The master bedroom is huge with a very nice ensuite bathroom. There are a numberous shops and restaurants in the nearby port. The house was clean and fresh. The outside terras is very spacious and good furnished with an amazing view to the sea.
