Extra beds can be added to accommodate up to 12 guests. The living room and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and pantry, provide comfort and convenience, while a laundry room with washing machine adds functionality. The interior is furnished with elegant modern décor, and the villa includes two safes for added security.

The outdoor area is designed for enjoyment, featuring a 40 m² space for barbecues, a large porch, a terrace for sunbathing by the pool, and a massage stream in the pool for ultimate relaxation. Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
