The ground floor is designed for entertaining and social gatherings, with an open-plan layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and double living room. Sliding doors from all rooms lead to three large balconies. The kitchen includes an island with a breakfast bar for four and is fully equipped with Miele appliances, including a large fridge/freezer, an additional drinks fridge, glassware and china by Villeroy & Boch, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a Krups juicer. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats twelve. A separate entertainment/study area features a large desk, a 60-inch UltraHD 4K TV with a Wii console, and a sofa bed for one. WiFi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating are provided throughout.
Accommodation includes four individually designed bedrooms with modern en-suite shower rooms, plus a large master bedroom with a dressing room and a double bathroom with bathtub. One guest room can be configured as a twin if needed. All bedrooms have terrace access and fitted wardrobes. An additional study area near the upstairs bedrooms includes a desk and reading chairs with views over the mountains and valleys.
Outdoor spaces include three large balconies, a 12-seater outdoor dining table off the kitchen, multiple lounge areas with BBQ, and a large iron firepit in the garden. The pool area is surrounded by a wooden deck with eight sun loungers and a Balinese daybed, complemented by outdoor lounge areas, table tennis, and DJ decks with outdoor speakers around the pool.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Fabulous villa
The pictures don't do this villa justice, position is fantastic. We were a group of 10 staying together and there was plenty of room to have your own space. The property manager arranged the airport transfers, a boat trip for us and for shopping to be delivered to the villa. Overall fab holiday and would love to go back!

Perfect Holiday
I visited this beautiful villa with my husband and five other couples. Every member of the group was delighted with the villa, the photographs online although accurate do not convey the full luxuriousness of the villa. There was ample seating both on the terrace and around the pool, we were all able to relax comfortably and enjoy the amazing view whilst taking a leisurely breakfast or a pre dinner drink. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable, there were cetainly no complaints. Go ahead and book, we certainly hope to re-visit soon.
