The adjacent dining table comfortably seats twelve. A separate entertainment/study area features a large desk, a 60-inch UltraHD 4K TV with a Wii console, and a sofa bed for one. WiFi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating are provided throughout.

Accommodation includes four individually designed bedrooms with modern en-suite shower rooms, plus a large master bedroom with a dressing room and a double bathroom with bathtub. One guest room can be configured as a twin if needed. All bedrooms have terrace access and fitted wardrobes. An additional study area near the upstairs bedrooms includes a desk and reading chairs with views over the mountains and valleys.

Outdoor spaces include three large balconies, a 12-seater outdoor dining table off the kitchen, multiple lounge areas with BBQ, and a large iron firepit in the garden. Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
