Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This seaside retreat is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the place. The villa is so well designed, and everything was top-notch - especially the pool and the BBQ area. We loved the sunsets from the terrace! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Cala Bassa Beach. The concierge services were a nice touch, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.

Perfect villa for a group trip!
Stayed here with a group of friends for a week and it was exactly what we were looking for! The villa has a really cool vibe - very modern and clean, and every bedroom has its own bathroom which was super convenient. We spent most of our time by the pool and at the BBQ area, watching sunsets. Great location too, close to Cala Bassa beach. Definitely recommend!

We had such a great time at this luxury retreat! The villa itself is beautiful - modern, spacious, and with everything we needed. The pool area is perfect for chilling out, and the BBQ area is great for evening get-togethers. Sunset views are a must-see! Plus, Cala Bassa Beach is just a short walk away. Can’t wait to go back!

This stylish property is a fantastic holiday retreat with stunning views, luxurious style, excellent facilities, and a wonderful host. There’s really no need to leave the accommodation for a perfect day, as you can lounge around enjoying the beautiful vistas from the house, relax in the pool, or make the most of the outdoor spaces. Every room offers sea views, and the facilities are top-notch. Overall, an experience we would highly recommend for a truly memorable holiday.

Perfection!!!
I don't really know where to begin. We arrived and were totally blown away by the view from the villa and then by the villa itself. I'd asked if their was a fruit juicer in the villa and when we arrived there was the juicer and lots of oranges amongst other fruit in the fridge. Along with that various other useful items were provided. Ie milk, cereal, tea, coffee, ham, cheese, beer, wine, soft drinks etc. The housekeeper met us on the main road and guided us to the villa. What a fabulous host He is incredibly helpful and charming. Throughout our stay he has bent over backwards to make our stay fantastic. We also went one day boat trip around the island, Again everything was thought of. I travel a lot but I have to say that this villa is the very best and I cannot recommend this villa and owner highly enough. Thank you so much!
