Situated within a new, exclusive gated compound on the island's beautiful west coast, the villa enjoys a prime frontline location. Guests can enjoy magnificent sea views, including the islands of S'illa des Bosc and Conejera, as well as the famous Balearic sunset. The property combines sandstone, white monolayer walls, limestone floors, oak fittings, esparto, wood, and linen, blending traditional Ibizan style with modern technology.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The pool was fantastic, and the house was designed in a way that gave everyone their own space. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we made good use of the BBQ area. It was also nice to have such a private and secure location. The welcome pack was a really nice touch, and the concierge team gave us great tips on things to do. Can’t wait to come back!

Five-Star Experience All the Way
We booked this holiday spot to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t have imagined a better place. Waking up to those sea views every morning was a dream. The agency even arranged a private chef for a special dinner, which was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is beautifully designed with high-end finishes and such a peaceful vibe. This was our second time booking with this agency, and once again, everything was flawless.

Incredible villa in a Dream Location
Stayed here with my family, and we were blown away by how stunning this place is. The villa is super modern, spotless, and has all the little touches that make a holiday special. The bedrooms were so spacious, and we loved that each one had its own little garden view. The outdoor BBQ area was our favorite spot for evening meals. Cala Conta Beach is just a short drive away, and it’s easily one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to!

Breathtaking Views & Pure Luxury
This villa is something else! The sea views are out of this world, especially at sunset. We stayed for a week with a group of friends, and everything was just perfect-the pool, the stylish decor, the huge bedrooms. The saltwater pool was amazing, and the outdoor areas were great for relaxing. The whole booking process was smooth, and the team even helped us with restaurant reservations. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Exceeded expectations!
The villa looked exactly like the photos..beautiful and very clean.The bathrooms are very modern, great views and excellent heated pool and bbq area. They also left some fresh fruit, bread and wine for us. Our family spent a lot of time around the pool. The villa is in a great location nearby great restaurants, supermarket, bakery, butcher and internet cafe.
