Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This getaway is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bedrooms are comfortable and each has its own TV and air-conditioning. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the Lanzarote sunshine, and the BBQ was a great addition. We loved the proximity to Costa Teguise Beach and local attractions.

Ideal for Groups and Families
We stayed at this charming accommodation for a week with friends, and it was the perfect accommodation for a group of 8. Each bedroom had its own air-conditioning, which was a big plus. The living area was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. The location is great, just a short drive to Costa Teguise’s shops and restaurants.

This stylish property was everything we hoped for and more. The location was peaceful, and the mountain views from the villa were breathtaking. The spacious garden and pool area were fantastic, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor seating area and BBQ. The villa’s modern amenities made our stay so comfortable.

A Perfect Family Getaway
We had an amazing time at the holiday home. The villa is brand new and beautifully designed, with plenty of space for our family. The open-plan kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the private pool area was perfect for relaxing in the sun. The kids loved the nearby Costa Teguise Beach. Highly recommended!
