Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent a week at this retreat with friends and had the best time. The outdoor space is dreamy-sun loungers, big parasol, comfy chairs, and that BBQ setup is seriously impressive. Inside, the beds were really comfy and the layout felt really private even with all six of us. Costa Teguise is also a really lovely area to explore.

Relaxing family holiday in a beautiful villa
We stayed with our two kids and everyone had the best time. The pool was the highlight, of course! We spent most of our time outside either sunbathing, eating or playing in the water. Inside was modern and super comfy, and we had plenty of space. Bonus points for how well-equipped the kitchen was-we cooked loads.

Ideal base for exploring Lanzarote
This villa was in a really quiet area but close enough to everything-beaches, shops, restaurants, and even a water park. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen setup, especially the big island. Having aircon in the bedrooms was a lifesaver! We hired a car and the parking space was super convenient.

The accommodation had such a calm, relaxing vibe. Everything was beautifully decorated, and the open-plan layout made it feel really spacious. We loved waking up and stepping straight onto the terrace from the master bedroom. The pool area was perfect-sun all day, and the brick BBQ was a great bonus. Would 100% stay again.
