Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The property is excellent for a party of 10 - families or adults. The pool (size, cleanliness and setting), quantity of dining areas, BBQ area, setting were fantastic. Otherwise, the property was very good and extremely spacious. Supermarket and beach (incl. good restaurant) short walk away, Santa Eulaila town and beach lovely. Perhaps the property lacked a homily approach (possibly because it is through an agency) - it was bare apart from the facilities and furniture (which were great!) - sometimes nice to have a kitchen supplied with essential condiments, a welcome bottle of wine, games, bikes, balls.

Ideal Family Retreat
Our family found this elegant home to be an ideal retreat. With five bedrooms, a large pool, and a barbecue area, it had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located near Santa Eulalia and Niu Blau beach. The spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, and AC bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ.
