The villa is a beautiful property, fully renovated, located near the market of Es Canar, less than 3 km from the beaches of Cala Martina, Cala Nova and Es Canar Beach. This villa is perfectly positioned with all kinds of tourist attractions, restaurants, shops at hand. The retreat develops on two floors, it has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (+ 1 external) for a total of 12 sleeps. On the ground floor it features at the entrance a dining table for 6 people, sofa and fireplace. Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric cooker, fridge, American coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, etc. Bedroom with 150x190 bed, AC. Bathroom with shower and double sinks. Bedroom with two single beds of 90x190. AC Laundry with washing machine. Living room with satellite TV (basic). Living room with large sofa, AC. Bedroom with bed of 180x2 with bathroom in suite with bath. AC. Bedroom with bed of 160x2 with bathroom in suite with bath. AC.
On the first floor we find: 1 bedroom with bed of 180x2 (possible 2 single beds), access to terrace and air-conditioning, 1 bathroom with tub and 1 bedroom with bed of 180x2, dressing, en suite bathroom with shower. Outside the villa boasts a terrace with chairs and umbrella, amazing countryside views, beautiful pool, pergola that gives shade to all the tables and even a fish pond. Entrance with table for 12 people. BBQ seating area at the rear of the house with a charcoal barbeque. Indoor Barbecue lounge area with tables for 20 people near the pool with bathroom complete with shower. Finally, the villa comes complete with a gym room equipped with spinning bike, tread mill, elliptical, weights (bench + dumbbells).
Is located between Santa Eulalia & Es Canar. The nearest beach is Es Canar which is only one kilometre away, and with another 7 or 8 beaches within 5 kilometres, so ideal for exploring the great beaches and beach restaurants on the east coast.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed ten nights and the villa worked amazingly for a large group like ours. The pool area became the centre of everything - shaded pergola for lunches, the indoor BBQ lounge for late evenings, and plenty of sunbeds for lazy afternoons. Bedrooms were comfy with good AC, and having laundry onsite was a bonus with kids. Most days we mixed things up: Cala Nova for waves, Es Canar market for souvenirs, and one relaxed day using the gym and cooking together. The booking process was smooth, the agency arranged an early bag drop so we could head straight to S’argamassa, and they checked in once to make sure everything was fine. A really easy, warm and memorable stay.

Loved the space and the vibe
We were a group of friends and appreciated how many chill zones the villa had. Two living rooms meant people could spread out, and a couple of us used the gym early in the mornings before heading to the beach. One evening the agent helped us book a table in Santa Eulalia, which saved us a lot of time. Kitchens were easy to use, and having two ensuite rooms on the ground floor was perfect for the couple with a baby.

Great spot for a big family
We came with grandparents, kids, and cousins, so having bedrooms split across two floors helped a lot. The outdoor dining space fit all of us easily and we used the BBQ most nights. Also nice that beaches like Cala Martina were just a few minutes’ drive, so mornings were super easy.

Ideal Location
This villa's location is ideal for exploring the east coast of Ibiza. The nearby beaches are fantastic, and there's a lot to see and do in the area. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and well-furnished. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the gym. A great choice for a holiday in Ibiza.

Relaxing Retreat
Our stay at this luxury retreat Cosmi was incredibly relaxing. The villa is beautifully renovated and well-maintained. We loved the peaceful countryside views and the comfortable living spaces. The pool area is a highlight, and we spent many hours there. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful time at this retreat Cosmi. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic. We enjoyed the lovely views and the barbecue area. Highly recommended!
