Spread across two spacious, open-plan levels, the villa has been designed to provide a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, maximizing the stunning sea vistas and natural light throughout. The main level includes three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, a large dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, HiFi, and direct access to the main terrace. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
If you’re looking for a villa that combines luxury and relaxation, this is it. We were a group of 8 and had the best time at this charming accommodation. The indoor/outdoor flow was perfect for our group, and we spent most of our time lounging by the pool or enjoying the terrace. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were perfect-everything was clean and well-maintained. Huge thanks to the agency for helping us with everything, from restaurant reservations to activity recommendations. The location is prime-Cala Bassa beach is only a short drive away, and you’re close to amazing restaurants!

Absolutely Stunning!
We stayed at the house for 5 days, and it was nothing short of amazing! The villa is located on a hillside with incredible views over the sea and surrounding islands. We especially loved how the villa has multiple areas for both relaxing and entertaining-there’s plenty of space for everyone! The design is chic and modern, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. I also have to mention the service from the agency-they were super helpful and made booking so easy. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Ibiza Getaway!
I spent an unforgettable week with my family at the place. The location is unbeatable-only a short drive to the stunning beach, and we enjoyed the nearby Sunset Ashram for evening cocktails. The villa itself is gorgeous, with huge rooms and spectacular sea views from every level. The kitchen was top-notch, and we loved eating outside on the terrace while soaking up the views. The service from the agency was impeccable as always-thank you for arranging everything so smoothly, from airport transfers to our private chef. We’ll definitely be back!

perfect place for relaxing holidays!
We spent a week at this place with 4 families (6 adults + 6 kids aged 5 - 10). It was the perfect place for us! The house is very spacious and stylish, with many thought out details like the setting of the bedrooms all with own bathrooms and access to the terrace, the large and very well equipped kitchen and additional facilities like the Pool table and the Bose sound system. The house has lovely views, a fantastic pool area. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt comfortable and relaxed from the first minute. Also due to the fantastic service and information provided upfront by Alba the booking manager. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back another time

we stayed ( 12 people) at this cozy place for a week. The villa was stunning, sitting it beautiful grounds and was huge and immaculate. We had everything we needed and did not want to leave. We had a fantastic time. The house is exactly as described, actually better! The views are great, it is silent, situated in one of the nicest parts of the island close to the best beach Cala Codolar. The service was perfect, someone came on a daily base to clean the house and the pool. The rooms are nicely furnished and very spacy. All in all a very enjoyable time, we will definitely come back.
