Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This home is a very comfortable, spacious villa that has been finished to a high standard. It is very well equipped, with a wonderful pool and is in the nice location of Cala Moli Ibiza. But the star of the show is the incredible view. It really is stunning and literally took our breath away! The Welcome Pack waiting for us was very generous and included some lovely treats in addition to the usual basics that most places provide. The agent was very quick to respond when contacted and also happy to help with recommendations. We found some excellent tavernas nearby, also some supermarkets and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and had the relaxing holiday we were hoping for.

As good as it gets!
The house, pool and grounds are immaculately maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Very well equipped, private and safe area. We also enjoyed in villa catering supplied by a private chef- absolute perfection! Can't recommend this villa more highly!

Perfect blend of luxury and comfort, superb villa
We have just returned from a 10 day stay in this fabulous villa, we were expecting luxury from the photos but the reality was even better, which was a refreshing surprise. All rooms are huge the facilities exceptional, the games room and outside were great for keeping kids and adults happy. There were so many pluses about the house we couldn't name them all, but it is beautifully maintained, huge, and has everything you could ever need, the design and facilities have been thought through exceptionally well, the ground were beautiful, the gardener attended almost everyday as does the cleaner. I highly recommend.

Fantastic villa in a great location!!
Amazing villa with so much space to spend your days. Would stay here again if I go back to Ibiza. The property is lovely and a great size, with many bedrooms and outside areas to relax. Very clean, lovely views and swimming pool. Over all I would highly recommend staying here, we all had a Fantastic time. Fantastic villa in a great location!!

The place is a sleek, stylish, and serene oasis on Ibiza's southwest coast. The villa's contemporary design and stunning sunset views over the Mediterranean left us in awe. We enjoyed the pebbly beach of Cala Moli, just moments away. The outdoor living spaces were perfect for relaxation, and the pool area was sublime. The villa's interior was bright and airy, with comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. Ideal for groups of friends or families.
