Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here with our two teens and my parents, and the house worked really well for all ages. The living room opened straight to the terrace, so we often kept the doors wide and drifted inside and out depending on the heat. One evening we used the built-in barbecue and ended up eating outside for hours. The agency helped arrange a rental car and gave us a couple of suggestions for small coves nearby, including Son Serra de Marina, which became our favorite. The pool was spotless, towels fresh, and the whole place felt relaxed without trying too hard-just a nice, easy holiday base.

Comfortable villa with everything we needed
Our group spent a week here and found the setup really convenient. The kids went between the pool and the beach nonstop, and the shaded terrace became our go-to spot for simple dinners. The kitchen was straightforward and had what we needed, and both bathrooms were clean with good water pressure. The agency shared a few tips before we arrived, including a bakery nearby that turned out to be great for breakfast.

Great spot for a beach week

Perfect for Family
This spacious villa is a fantastic choice for a family holiday. The villa's spacious layout and inviting pool made it ideal for our family. Being so close to the beach was a major convenience. We enjoyed both the villa's interior and the outdoor area, with plenty of space to relax. The three bedrooms were comfortable, and the overall decor was elegant. Exploring the nearby beaches and the beach promenade of Can Picafort was a great experience. We're considering returning in the future.
