This lovely villa in Can Picafort, Mallorca, is perfect for families or groups, accommodating up to 7 guests. The property offers a private pool, spacious living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals.
The outdoor areas are inviting and versatile: take a refreshing dip in the 7x2m chlorinated pool (1.6-1.8m deep), relax on one of the two terraces (50m² and 15m²) with a glass of wine or a BBQ meal, or enjoy quiet moments on the 16m² porch for reading or sunbathing. The villa is arranged over two floors, though guests have access to the ground floor only.
Inside, the spacious living-dining room provides a comfortable sofa area for relaxing and a dining space for shared meals. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, and a laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
There are four double bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the front terrace. The villa also features two bathrooms, air conditioning in the corridor, two fireplaces, and three radiators. A baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request.
Can Picafort offers several sandy beaches within walking distance, including Son Real and Son Serra, as well as nearby Playas de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollensa, and Colonia de Sant Pere.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had the best two weeks holiday here, 4 adults & 2 children, really didn't want to leave to come home it's truly home from home! The villa is beautiful with attention to detail from top to bottom inside & out, it's stunning & spotless in a great location with beautiful views & it's so peaceful too. It's a short walk into Can Picafort, where the beach is amazing & lots of lovely restaurants. We would highly recommend this amazing villa, its 5star you won't be disappointed & we can't wait to go back, we all loved it!!!!

Lovely villa in a great location
Great location with great views. Modern with everything you will need including a great pool, amazing outside furniture & BBQ. The villa is spacious and clean & it is hard not to stay around the pool everyday and chill. We would recommend this villa to friends & family and we will be back.
