Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Have stayed at this villa three times now and cannot recommend it enough. It is stunning, everything you need, immaculate inside, very comfortable, pool amazing, stunning views.........cant wait to return. A perfect holiday!

This villa was absolutely fantastic. We were a group of 11 adults and 2 infants and everything in the villa catered for us all - child gates were provided, mesh covering the balconies etc for safety for the children etc. Everything was thought of. I had high expectations having seen the villa on the website and it certainly lived up to them!! The space provided was fantastic and the pool was just fabulous. We were also very pleased with the location of the villa - not realising that it was in a secure complex which just added extra reasurance during our stay. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to booking it again in the near future.

Fantastic Holiday at the stay
What a fantastic holiday at this stylish property! The villa's hillside location not only gave us stunning sea views but also a sense of tranquility. Exceeded Expectations!
This spacious villa exceeded our expectations. The villa is spread over three floors, offering ample space for large groups. We loved the sea views from the terrace, especially during sunset. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the master bedroom's en suite bathroom was a nice touch. The lower floor had a lounge where everyone could unwind. The pool area was a hit, and the kids had a blast. It was a wonderful family vacation with all the amenities we needed.

Majestic Hillside Retreat
Our stay at this home was simply majestic! The hillside location provided breathtaking sea views from the elevated position of the villa. The spacious gardens with shaded areas made it ideal for our large family. With 5 bedrooms, everyone had their own comfortable space.
