Set between Benalmadena Costa and Fuengirola, this elegant farmhouse has been carefully restored to retain its character while offering modern comforts. The villa features five bedrooms furnished to a high standard, along with air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and WiFi throughout. Its well-tended lawned garden surrounds a private pool, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying quality time with family and friends.
From the kitchen, stairs lead down to the lower floor, where the pool and garden areas await. Sunbeds are arranged around the pool, and a pergola provides a shaded retreat. A terrace to one side offers a seating area with a small table, perfect for reading or enjoying a morning coffee. An external shower/wet room is available for convenience, and a pathway with steps leads to the games house, which includes a small bar, terrace seating, and a large fridge. Additional terraces with tables and chairs are scattered around the garden, while a covered BBQ terrace next to the kitchen provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining.
The main entrance, accessed via steps from the street, leads into a welcoming hallway. The lounge is spacious and furnished for comfort, featuring a small study area for quiet moments. Adjacent is the dining room, conveniently situated next to the kitchen, ideal for family meals after a day exploring the Costa del Sol. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for preparing holiday meals, along with a breakfast table for informal dining.
Sleeping arrangements are spread over two floors. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with a double sink, located to the right of the main living area. The lower floor includes two additional double bedrooms, one featuring a dressing area, a spacious en suite with a large shower cubicle and double sinks, and direct access to a terrace. A second twin bedroom and a separate bathroom complete the sleeping accommodations.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our recent holiday at this cozy place was a delightful experience. The villa's location between Benalmadena Costa and Fuengirola was convenient for exploring the area. A Hidden Gem in Benalmadena
This stylish property turned out to be a hidden gem in Benalmadena. The villa's charm and well-furnished interiors made our stay truly enjoyable. The garden and private pool were our favorite hangout spots, and the external games house with a bar added a fun element to our vacation. Perfect villa for a Relaxing Getaway
Our stay at the stay was nothing short of perfect. This beautifully restored farmhouse offers a fantastic blend of comfort and convenience. The spacious garden with a private pool was our go-to spot for relaxation, and the pergola provided a nice shade when needed. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, and the barbecue terrace was perfect for family meals. The bedrooms had air conditioning, which was a great relief from the Spanish heat. What can I say, we've had the best time! The rooms are lovely and spacious, the views are fantastic. We came a year ago and they've clearly put a lot of love and attention into some areas that previously needed a little tlc. Top place and plan to go back again :)

Bliss, what a fabulous villa!
We had a lovley holiday at this retreat. This villa is perfect for everyone couples and families alike. The villa has everything you could need, home from home and more including complimentary provisions more than enough for a hearty breakfast.We found that its was not very far to the lovely beaches all of which have their own character, I could not decide which was my favourite so go and see them all. The meals made and delivered to the villa were lovely especially the BBQ ribs yum. You do not need to look further for a perfect place to stay. We will certainly be returning to this place in the sun hopefully with our families as I would like them to experience this fantastic villa and setting. WOW!
