Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of 10, and this place was just perfect. The bedrooms are super comfortable, each with its own en-suite, and the villa has so many great features-barbecue, pool, gym, even an office! The town is just a short drive away, and we loved exploring Port de Andratx. The agency also helped us arrange a private chef one night, and it was such a great experience. Highly recommend!

A luxurious escape in the mountains!
From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The villa is breathtaking, with stunning views and beautifully decorated interiors. The separate entrances for some of the rooms made it ideal for our group, giving everyone their own space. We spent most of our time by the pool and had some amazing barbecue nights on the terrace. Also, having a sauna and a gym was a great bonus! Huge thanks to the team for making everything so easy and for all the great local recommendations.

Perfect for a peaceful getaway!
We stayed at this elegant home for a week, and it was pure bliss. The villa is super spacious, the garden is gorgeous, and we loved the mix of modern and traditional design. The location is also fantastic-secluded but still close to Port de Andratx and the beach. The booking process was smooth, and the concierge service was really helpful. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful holiday in Mallorca
We spent two weeks in the the accommodation in Mallorca in June. We were 10 people. Everything was just perfect. the house was even better than expected : it had been recently renovated with very high quality amenities. The garden and pool are absolutely wonderful and quiet. The agent of the villa welcomed us upon arrival and treated us with care and attention for all our needs. We highly recommend this house to everyone, especially families with children that will certainly enjoy the games and entertainments provided with the house.

Highly recommended! This villa was perfect!
Myself and nine friends stayed here for seven days in August to celebrate my 50th birthday. The villa is beautiful and very spacious inside and out, so perfect for large groups. It's in a great location as well... peaceful and quiet. We didn't arrive until 1am Sunday and they very kindly, offered to get some shopping in for us, so that we would have a few provisions....anyway a free welcome pack was available. We all had an amazing time at this wonderful villa, and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
