The lower floor comprises a bright living room with satellite TV and stereo, opening directly onto the terrace, pool, and barbecue area. Two ground-floor bedrooms each feature two single beds (90x200cm) and share access to two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine completes this level.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (200x200cm) and one with twin beds that can be combined into a double. Ceiling fans and a wall fan ensure comfort throughout. The upper terrace is furnished with chill-out sofas and offers panoramic views of the countryside, perfect for sunrise or sunset relaxation.
Outdoor spaces are beautifully designed with a 10m x 5m pool, sun loungers, terrace, outdoor shower, dining area, barbecue, and a chill-out zone spread across two garden levels. The combination of lush greenery and traditional architecture provides a serene and inviting environment.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
