Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Ultimate Retreat Near Nikki Beach
Our stay at the property was the ultimate retreat. The modern design, fully equipped kitchen, and Scandinavian channels in every room made it a comfortable and convenient experience. Fantastic villa!
It was our first time that we booked a villa on the internet, but it was very trustworthy in this case. Service is excellent, they do more than they need to, they almost treat you like family :). The villa situated near all interest points of the area. The house inside is very modern and well thought out, each bedroom has electronic shutters which are fantastic especially when you have young kids who need a sleep! The WIFI is available throughout the house and it's even accessible from the pool, there seem to be multiple access points available depending on the floor you are on.

So if like me you have not been abroad for a significant number of years and find yourself being quite nervous about everything working out as you hoped, please be assured the villa you have booked is going to make you feel like a celebrity ( that's assuming you aren't one already of course!) This place has the lot and gives you the flexibility to do as little or as much as you want. The facilities give the whole family no excuses to be bored and the finish both inside and out is as classy as you will find. The booking process and attention from Alba are first class and every question l asked answered in detail.
