Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
A home away from home, perched in a sunny and elevated position, offered an elevated elegance. The large terrace and beautiful garden with a pool provided a tranquil escape. The fully equipped summer kitchen and additional heated pool with interior steps added to the charm. The bedrooms on the upper floor, each a suite, ensured a comfortable and luxurious stay. Very pleasant stay with large two family group
We had a fantastic 2 week stay with two families. This was our 3th year in Javea. We had a catered BBQ and welcome packs on arrival which made our first day nice and easy and relaxing. The location is fantastic with a 15 min walk to the lovely beach and all it's bars and restaurants and 2 mins to the big supermarket. All in all a very enjoyable two weeks!

It was perfect for our family!
We had 10 people from the ages of 18 to 58 in our family. The plus sides were the large pool, terrace area, very well equipped and selculded villa. The walk to the beach was only 15 minutes. We had a tremendous stay and would defineitely recommend.
