The ground floor includes a spacious open-plan living and dining area with large panoramic windows that open directly to the pool terrace. A fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and steam function. An office and a double bedroom with ensuite, shower, bidet, and WC are also located on this level, with direct access to the terrace.
The lower ground floor hosts another double bedroom with ensuite and a leisure room equipped with gym equipment, providing entertainment and relaxation. On the first floor, the master suite includes a double bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, and WC, plus terrace access. A fourth double bedroom on this level also offers an ensuite with shower, bidet, and WC, as well as terrace access. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this villa for my husband’s birthday, and it was such a special week. The panoramic view from every terrace took our breath away. We cooked most nights and ate outside under the stars - the outdoor dining area is beautiful. The lift between floors made it really convenient for my parents too. Everything worked perfectly, from Wi-Fi to air conditioning. The agency was super professional, and we’d definitely book through them again.

Luxury with a view!
Stayed here for a week with friends and loved every bit of it. The design of the house is stunning - bright, airy, and stylish. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the terraces were all amazing, each with a slightly different view. The salt-water pool was a dream, clean and perfectly warm. The location is peaceful yet close to town, ideal for both relaxing and exploring. It felt like a proper luxury retreat without being pretentious.

Perfect place for a group getaway
We were two couples traveling together, and this villa was just perfect. Everyone had their own ensuite, which made things so easy. The pool area is beautiful and super private, and we spent every evening dining outside, watching the town lights below. It’s close to Arenal Beach, so we’d head down for lunch and swim, then back up for sunset drinks. The team helped us organize transfers and even recommended great local restaurants - can’t fault a thing!

Spectacular views and total comfort
We stayed as a family of six and were blown away the moment we arrived. The view from the terrace is unreal - sunrise over the sea every morning felt magical. The villa itself is spotless, super modern, and had everything we needed. We used the gym a few times and loved lounging by the salt-water pool. The open-plan living space and kitchen made meals easy and fun. Honestly, one of the best villas we’ve ever rented!

The house is beautiful
Very upscale equipped, great pool, very successful architecture, fantastic views and very clean and well maintained. Ideal as a "multi-generational" home, as it extends over three floors, all of which are connected by a lift. An absolute recommendation!
