Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a wonderful stay at this stylish property. It is a beautiful villa in a stunning setting. The house was spotless and well equipped. There was a high hair and a travel cot for our young child. Would recommend as a great place to stay and from which to explore the magical island.

We had a great relaxing stay, enjoyed the vista's from the terras and balcony. The atmosphere in the house is very nice, the rooms are nicely decorated and it was very clean. Ana gave a warm welcome feeling and is very helpful. The view is spectacular and outside the house there are a lot nice spots to sit, it is almost hard to choose! Also the poolarea is nice. It is in a peaceful environment close to some very nice, small beaches.

Peace & zen feeling
The house is clean, comfortable and personally decorated with style and it has one of the most magnificent views on the hills and the sea. The pool is great and wonderful and the beds were very comfortable, which is for me a personal must for a good holiday. I can only recommend this truly beautiful peace of paradise for families with kids or group of friends.
