Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa is just spectacular! The views over the countryside and Pollensa are breathtaking, and the property itself is beautifully designed. We loved the mix of rustic charm and modern comforts. The annex was perfect for my parents, giving them their own space while still being close to the rest of us. Having a huge pool, table tennis, and gorgeous outdoor areas made it feel like a private resort. The villa team made sure we had everything we needed, including insider tips on the best local restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect mix of luxury and tranquility
We had the most relaxing stay at this luxury retreat. It’s peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Pollensa’s charming old town. The bedrooms are spacious, each with its own en-suite, which was perfect for our group. The pool was a highlight, and the outdoor seating areas were ideal for enjoying Mallorca’s sunshine. The concierge service was excellent-they arranged boat trips, hiking recommendations, and even a grocery delivery for our arrival. Truly a five-star experience!

Stunning villa with incredible pool and gardens
This luxury retreat exceeded all our expectations! The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the pool is absolutely amazing-our kids loved the shallow rock-pool area, while we enjoyed the infinity edge and breathtaking mountain views. The home itself is spacious, stylish, and very well-equipped. We also appreciated the outdoor kitchen, which made alfresco dining a real treat. The team was wonderful, helping us with everything from restaurant bookings to a private chef. We’ll definitely be back!

The villa was really beautiful and well kept. When we arrived the villa was very well cleaned. The heated pool was just awesome! We spent a lot of time in the pool. The terrace had stunning views of the mountains.

Breathtakingly beautiful and private.
We hugely enjoyed our stay in this spacious property. The views are wonderful in every direction, the garden is beautiful and the private pool a delight. The staff was very helpful, finding us a physiotherapist, bicycles, taking us to local celebrations and even cooking us dinner. Highly recommend!

Fantastic villa in fab location
As a family, we have spent over twenty years renting holiday homes abroad and have had many happy times, but have never returned to the same place twice for one reason or another-yet we will definitely be returning to this holiday home!! This lovely home with the most amazing view was a real home from home for us and fitted our needs as an extended group of 10 perfectly. This property was also very private, which was great for us as we are quite a noisy family! Alba was brilliant to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. This home is very good value and we will definitely return!!
