Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was beautiful. Great location and great views. Stayed with family including 3 children. Pool was excellent and villa was spacious and had everything needed plus a few good extras, Sky sports, DVD player, air conditioning in most rooms. Would definately reccomend!! Made for a great holiday - would definately come back!!!!

From the moment we arrived we felt completely relaxed and at home, the villa is without doubt one of the best we have had the pleasure to stay in. The location and views are amazing, the detail and finish of the property is akin to a top boutique hotel but with the privacy and space of your own villa. Absolutely everything has been thought about, the attention to detail is perfection. Can't wait to book it for next year.

Fantastic villa, highly recommended
We enjoyed a great week at this wonderful villa. The location is great on a quiet road but less than 5 mins drive from the town. The villa is in excellent condition and the quality of the furnishings far exceeds most rental villas. We will definitely be back!
