Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Wow, what a place! The infinity bath, the outdoor chill areas, the pool-everything was top-notch. We spent the evenings outside with music playing through the sound system and mornings exploring nearby Santa Eulalia Beach. The agency gave us some amazing local recommendations, which made our stay even better. Already thinking about coming back!

The location is just stunning! Waking up to sea views from every bedroom felt unreal. The villa is so spacious, and the garden is like something out of a magazine-palm trees, a hammock, even a herb garden for our BBQ nights! We came as a group of friends, and it was the perfect mix of luxury and privacy. Would definitely book again!

Absolutely Perfect Family Getaway!
We stayed at This seaside retreatntana for a week, and it was honestly one of the best holidays we've had. The kids loved the play area, and we spent most of our time by the pool, soaking in the sea views. The villa itself is beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds with fresh linens. Also, a huge thanks to the agency for making booking so easy and even organizing a welcome pack for us-such a nice touch!

The villa is even better than you can see on pictures in the web-sites. The agent are very friendly and always ready to give advices or help. This is a place I would surely recommend to a friend and I hope I will pass some time there again sooner or later.

The villa is beyond perfect. Spacious, well equipped, clean, luxurious, in a great location with spectacular views to the sea and coast. Is are perfect for large groups of families and friends. The villa have everything you need and more, the bedrooms are a good size as is the kitchen and lounge area. Perfect!!
