Lovely last century Ibizan holiday house, completely renovated. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a mountainous area and offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys. About 16,000 meters of land surround the house. In the front of the house there is a large swimming pool (9x4 m) with sunbeds and parasol. On the pool side you have available as well an arbour where you can enjoy delicious dinners with your family.
There is a dining area on a covered porch with a built-in barbecue. In this area there is also a ping pong table. The house at the entrance has a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. To the left is located one of the bathrooms with bathtub. On the opposite side of the kitchen we have the living room with a dining area and sofa with satellite TV. From this room you'll find two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with bed of 1.50m x 1,90m, both with air conditioning. At the end of the house we have the master bedroom with 1,80x2m bed and air conditioning. Next to the entrance there is a 2nd bathroom with shower.
Situated is 5 kilometres to the restaurants, bars and shops in the resort of Santa Eulalia, and 5.5 kilometres to the beach. 12 kilometres in the other direction and you will be in the centre of Ibiza Town with many more restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife and, by contrast, the history of the old town of Ibiza and the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Other beaches, with beach restaurants within easy reach include Playa Niu Blau (8 kilometres). Cala Llonga (8.4 kilometres), Cala Pada (9 kilometres) , Es Canar (10 kilometres) and Cala Nova 11 kilometres) Nearby beach clubs include Amate (8 kilometres) and Nikki Beach Club (10 kilometres) For a traditional village and restaurants head to Santa Gertrudis (8 kilometres) and San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta) (12 kilometres) where you will also find Las Dalias market and events on through the week. At Punta Arabia, near Es Canar, is a weekly market every Wednesday in summer.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We cherished every moment at this getaway Torres. The cozy living spaces and fully equipped kitchen made family time enjoyable. Each bedroom was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a relief during the warm summer nights. Plus, we explored nearby beaches like Cala Nova and indulged in local markets in Santa Gertrudis. A truly charming experience.

The house Torres strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. We were just a short drive from Santa Eulalia's dining and shopping options. Yet, if we craved the bustling atmosphere of Ibiza Town, it was within easy reach. The house served as our comfortable home base for exploring the island.
