Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were extremely pleased with our choice of this stylish property for our family group. The place itself was fantastically furnished and had a modern feel, with the gymnasium on the upper floor being a real bonus for our fitness enthusiasts. Although we had good sunny weather, the heated pool was brilliant, and we were all able to easily sit around the pool during the day. We made good use of the barbecue, the welcome pack, and the free beer! We had hired transport from the airport to Tauro, so travelling into Puerto Rico itself (5 mins) wasn’t an issue, and the taxi fare was no more than €9.00 one way, which meant we could have a drink in town as well. There is a small but well-stocked Spar supermarket in Tauro, next to the Tauro Grill, where we were made to feel very welcome when we ventured out for a meal. I would certainly recommend this accommodation for any large family group looking for somewhere clean and well-maintained. We are already planning our next visit booked through this travel agency.

Fantastic holiday, Fantastic villa
This is a modern building, impeccably clean and extremely well appointed with everything you could need for a fantastic holiday, Outdoor dining area and barbeque was great the bar had a barrel of beer and was enjoyed by all, the pool was perfect and a great addition to the property. Lots of space indoors, comfortable furniture and very well equipped. The host made us very welcome and had provided lots of little extras to make us comfortable, everything thought of for the holiday maker’s comfort. The location of the property is amongst a wonderful backdrop of the mountains and convenient for visiting all the popular resorts of the island. Local super market with a good selection of products within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would not hesitate to go back.

absolutely stunning villa, can't wait to go back
We arrived and was met by the host, what a great guy nothing was too much trouble, the villa is luxury, we stayed here for a week and did not want to leave, if you want pure relaxation then I would recommend this, the place is so big and discreet, we found our own pool to be great with our own outside bar, it's a stunning place and Puerto Rico is 5 min in a taxi 5 euros which was great, looking to book later in year...would highly recommend.

5 Star all the way with this property
When we arrived the first thing that we noticed was the lovely pool side and how quiet and relaxed the area is so we could enjoy the days sat poolside enjoying the sun. Once inside there was a fridge full of goodies for us to enjoy, then came the arguments over which room each of us were going to have. Each of the rooms were spotless and very nicely decorated and very modern on-suite. Once unpacked we went for a walk around to see what is to be found in the area, you can't miss the 5 star golf course 500 yards away. Just by the golf course there was a shop and a lovely restaurant and standing by the first tee of the course there is a great view of the beach. When we ventured down to the beach we found a lovely little bar where you can sit and watch the sun go down and on a Sunday afternoon listen to live music whilst enjoying the sun. Just a short taxi ride away was the resort of Puerto Rico where there are numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy. I would really recommend this property to anyone that likes to relax in the sun and enjoy the luxury - and did I mention the free beer !!

Amazing service great villa...best location
This getaway is amazing! The pool area is fabulous, with a built-in bar and plenty of room for large family get-togethers. The living area and kitchen are very spacious, bright, and comfortable. Every bedroom is clean and airy, and bathroom facilities are plentiful. For fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym. Everything you need is here to enjoy a fabulous holiday booked through this travel agency!
