The second floor includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace, offering additional space and privacy. A nearby playground is also available for children. The villa covers 500 m² and is fully equipped for up to 12 guests, with fast internet, Smart TV with Android TV, Disney+, and international streaming channels.
A supermarket is within a 5-minute walk, and the center of Puerto Rico is just a 5-minute drive, offering a variety of restaurants and bars. Gran Canaria Airport is a 35-minute drive via the GC1 motorway, while Las Palmas and its port can be reached in 50 minutes.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

We were delighted to find a fast internet connection, Smart TV with Android TV, Disney+ access, and a wide range of international streaming channels. A supermarket just a 5-minute walk away made our stay even more convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the restaurants and bars in the nearby centre of Puerto Rico.

The villa impressed us with its well-appointed amenities, including an indoor dining room, dining area, living room, pantry, kitchen, laundry, and terraces on both floors. The garden and private heated pool were the perfect spots for soaking up the sun, while the BBQ area added a touch of culinary delight to our stay. Additionally, the nearby playground was a hit with the kids in our group.
