The open-plan living area is filled with natural light from large windows and includes a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV, two sofas, and a corner suite. The fully equipped kitchen features an integral fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a central breakfast bar with stools. A large dining table provides ample space for all guests, and a high chair is available for children.
The ground floor includes the master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite shower, and terrace access, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a family shower room, and a utility room with a washing machine. Sliding doors open from the living and kitchen areas to the pool and garden, featuring sunbeds, hammocks, and an outdoor wooden dining table.
The first floor hosts two additional bedrooms-a king-size room and a twin room-each with access to a large terrace overlooking the pool. A family shower room with modern fittings is also located on this floor. The terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunsets. Entertainment includes a PS4 with games, and all rooms have floor-length blinds for privacy.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa is fab. We travelled as a family off 9, with 5 small children (2 families) the villa had everything we needed and plenty of space. Pool is fantastic and kept the kids entertained. Walking distance to shops etc. Definitely be returning. Great week had by all!!

Exquisite!
We had an absolutely perfect holiday. We love the area and have visited many times but this villa made this time so special. It’s a beautiful villa. Modern and very well equipped. Extremely clean to very high standards. We had no issues with anything during our stay. The outdoor space and pool was fantastic. We were 2 families with mixed aged children ranging from 4-17 years and it was perfect for all of us. It was safe and secure so I could relax knowing the little one was safe, the fence around the pool added to this too. The booking system and communication was great. I had a couple of questions beforehand which they were happy and quick to answer. They were very friendly and kept in touch the whole time and very accommodating when our arrival flight was delayed by 6 hours!! Needless to say I was pleased to arrive and they made our arrival very welcoming. We will absolutely love to visit this villa again and would highly recommend it to anyone.
