Also on the first floor is a second bedroom with terrace access and seating to enjoy the views, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower.
The top-floor bedroom occupies the entire attic and features an en suite bathroom with shower, a terrace with artificial grass, and armchairs with unparalleled views of Puerto Rico and Amadores.
Outdoor spaces include a private garden, pool, terrace, barbecue area, Balinese bed, and a chill-out area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets of southern Gran Canaria.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Real stunning views of sea and mountains all around the villa, impeccable finishes and clean! Liliana truly kind and helpful, always smiling and available and was always on hold during our stay. If you had any question or wanted recommendation, you could always text and you had an answer immediately. Check-in/out was smooth. Had a welcome kit upon arrival, impressed! We enjoyed so much the garden and pool as each day was marvellously sunny, so much we didn´t want to leave the house. The kids enjoyed very much the smell of the barbecue and of the green grass being mowed by the friendly local-gardener. Taxis are super cheap and distances are short, 5 mins to amazing Amadores beach. We considered the villa to have very spacious rooms and big enough (even got own private parking lot) for holidaying with children and adult friends. Views were truly spectacular due to the villa´s unique location. I think we said that to each other every day!

Very clean and comfortable
Booked for a week to escape the Winter gloom. The pool and grounds are not huge but actually well laid out and the pool was large enough for our 2 kids to mess around in. The bonus is that it gets the sun pretty much all day and has a really good day bed in the sun and a smaller one in the shade. Inside the villa was better than expectations. The beds were very good quality which is not always the case. The hosts should also be congratulated on the cleanliness, not just when we arrived but also an unexpected halfway clean which exceeded my wife’s high standards! Enjoyed very much the views from the balconies, especially the top one, from where you can look over most of the town and the beaches. Location is almost at the top of the hill, so you would need a car, although the Europa shopping centre with several bars & restaurants is a short walk. The plus of being at the top is that the villa is not overlooked. First time to Gran Canaria - personally was not a huge fan of Puerto Rico, but I understand why people do like it, and the beaches are good.
