The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease.
Bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. The master bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, terrace access, and two nightstands. Another double bedroom also includes terrace access, while two additional bedrooms each have twin beds, with one offering terrace access. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came for a family reunion and stayed for a week. The villa was even better than the photos - bright, modern, and super comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and pool, while the adults enjoyed the quiet garden and sea views. We spent one day exploring Lloret, another at the beach, and the rest just relaxing by the villa. Exactly what we needed
We were looking for a peaceful spot close to the beach, and this villa was ideal. Beautiful pool, nice garden, and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen made it easy to cook for a big group, and evenings outside felt magical. The area is calm but within minutes you can be in the lively part of town. Our best Costa Brava trip yet
We came with friends and their kids and it couldn’t have gone better. The villa had so much space, everyone had privacy, and the pool was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the BBQ almost every night. It was great to have parking and a peaceful area, yet close to Lloret for restaurants. The check-in was smooth, communication fast, and we got great local tips. It really felt like home, just with palm trees and sea views.

Best vacation spot in Costa Brava!
Stayed here with a group of friends, and we had the best time. The villa is massive, with plenty of space for everyone. The beach is really close, and we loved exploring Lloret de Mar-so much to do! Perfect family getaway!
Spent a week here with my family, and it was everything we hoped for! The villa is huge, super clean, and in a great location-so close to the beach. The private pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved having BBQ dinners outside. Definitely one of the best villas we’ve stayed in!
