Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This cozy place exceeded our expectations! From the spacious bedrooms to the amazing outdoor areas with the pool, jacuzzi, and lounge spaces, every detail was perfect. We took advantage of the nearby Camino de Ronda for scenic walks and visited some lovely local beaches. This villa is a luxurious getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot.

Amazing Amenities and Location
We loved every minute of our stay at this cozy place. The villa has everything you could want-large bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and plenty of areas to unwind. The sea views from the top floor were incredible, and we enjoyed the beautiful Cala Trons Beach just a short walk away. The proximity to Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar made it easy to explore the area.

Perfect for Family & Friends
Our group of 16 stayed here, and it couldn’t have been better. The villa is very spacious and well-designed, and the living areas are ideal for socializing. The pool was a highlight, and having an elevator to all floors made it easy to get around with older family members. The nearby beaches are beautiful and tranquil-definitely a peaceful retreat.

Stunning Views and Luxurious Comfort
We had an incredible stay at this cozy place. The views from the top-floor terrace are breathtaking, and we spent hours relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi. The villa itself is brand new, with modern and stylish interiors. The location is great too, only a short walk to Cala Trons Beach and close to other beautiful spots like Tossa de Mar.

Ideal for Large Groups
This holiday spot was the perfect spot for our extended family getaway. With 6 en-suite bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out, everyone had their own private area. The pool area was amazing-kids loved playing in the saltwater pool, and the outdoor kitchen and BBQ were perfect for evening dinners. Highly recommend this villa for large groups!
