The fully equipped kitchen offers all necessary appliances and access to the patio. The master bedroom on this level includes a double bed and en-suite shower room, while an additional bedroom also has terrace access and air conditioning.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the moment we arrived, we were in love with This charming accommodationrio. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon heat, and we had so much fun using the barbecue in the evenings. Having a second kitchen downstairs was also super convenient. Beautiful villa, amazing location
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Menorca. The villa is modern yet has a cozy charm, with traditional elements like wooden beams adding character. The outdoor areas are fantastic, from the sun loungers by the pool to the covered terrace for dining. The location is unbeatable-Mahon’s harbor is just a short drive away, and we enjoyed exploring the local attractions. Will definitely book again!

Perfect for a family getaway
We traveled with our extended family, and This spacious villario was ideal for our needs. The kids loved the pool, and the adults enjoyed lounging on the terrace with a glass of wine in hand. The villa is well-located, close to shops and restaurants but still very peaceful. The harbor views are stunning, and the villa's layout provides privacy for everyone. A truly memorable holiday!

A luxurious retreat in Mahon
This luxury retreatrio exceeded all expectations. The open-plan living space was perfect for our group, and the kitchen had all the modern appliances we needed. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfy beds and lovely decor. The master suite was particularly impressive! Incredible villa with stunning views!
Our stay at This spacious villario was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic-right by the beautiful Mahon harbor with breathtaking views. The villa itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax in the sun. We especially loved having our meals outside on the terrace, watching the boats go by. Can’t wait to come back!
