Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at this holiday spot for a special celebration and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The villa is beyond luxurious, and the service from the agency was excellent. They set us up with a private chef, and the meals were fantastic. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and we loved the infinity pool. It was just perfect for unwinding with friends. Cala Vadella is so pretty, and the beach is just a short drive away. The whole experience was seamless, from booking to check-out. Highly recommend!

Amazing villa with jaw-dropping views!
What can I say? This villa is absolutely stunning! We were a group of 8 friends and stayed for a week. The views from the terrace are out of this world - we spent hours just staring at the ocean and sunsets. The infinity pool is perfect for chilling out and the house itself is huge. Every room has its own en-suite bathroom, which made it so comfortable. The kitchen was super well-equipped, and we even had a private chef for a few dinners. Huge thanks to the agency for helping us with everything, from booking to arranging our airport transfers. Definitely worth every penny!

Beautiful house, wonderful hosts
Beautiful house, better than the photos suggest. The pool is wonderfully clean and well maintained, with the minimum of chemicals used, it felt like swimming in spring water and the swallows skimming and dipping the pool to drink was a memory that will remain very special. The amenities in the house are perfect, and the decor and quality of the furnishings is fantastic. We were genuinely delighted. Little gifts of wine, oil, fresh eggs, freshly made cake. The villa is incredibly generous with amazing views... and the service you receive is truly excellent.

What an amazing house for a group holiday
One word... WOW!!! The house and surroundings were definitely what we were looking for; amazing view over the sea. The kitchen is the hub of the house where many glasses of wine were drunk whilst putting the world to rights! Each bedroom is spacious. The swimming pool and "chill out" area are a welcome invitation to relax in after a day of sightseeing around the island. We felt very safe in the house with its walled garden and security system.
