Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We have just stayed at this elegant home for one week and we had the most memorable holiday ever. We wish it could have been longer as we didn't want to leave. This was mainly due to the quality of the property. Every need has been catered for and I cannot find a superlative to accurately describe our experience. Just go there!

Great villa
We were on this getaway for one week in July. Everything was perfect, we immediatly felt welcome the day we arrived, great welcome pack - was perfect after the long travel. Further was the cleaning perfect. They came every other day and did everything in the villa. We could use the housephone to call taxi's or dining places. Everyone had an excellent time!

Alba was very kind to us, she explained everything about the villa. After the airport transfer was made there was beautiful flowers waiting for us at the table inside and a big plate with fruits, also some bread, milk, and local cheese int the fridge, which we did not expect at all. But it was very nice. She gave us very good recommendation about restaurants and also explained to us all about area. The villa was very quiet and we appreciate very much the privacy we had. I highly recommend this villa...amazing place...
