Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We liked very much this villa!The location is very close to the Cala Salada beach.The swimming pool is awesome, it offered us a beautiful views of the sea.

Best holidays ever!
We had a great time at our stay at Ibiza. Even before the booking of the villa the service was exceptional. We did a last minute inquiry because we didn't know if we would be able to make this trip at all and we encountered 2 very friendly guys that helped us choose this gorgeous villa and we are very thankful for that. Stepping inside the villa we were amazed by its beauty. The spacious living room was decorated very nicely combining the old with the new with harmony. There was a welcoming basket at the dinning table waiting for us that we enjoyed with delight because we were very tired from our trip. The owner came shortly after to welcome us bearing gifts, one bottle of wine. I highly recommend it!!

Luxurious and quiet
We stayed at the this spacious villa for a week with friends and young children. The villa looks as we were the first guests there. Everything is fresh and clean. The pool is very nice, garden is inviting to lounge at and the house is very comfortable. The villa really looks like on the pictures attached here!. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We felt really welcome during our stay! I would love to come back again...

Too Beautiful!
First i want to thank Mrs Alba for the whole arrangement in this very nice situated villa near Ibiza Town. We, 12 students, enjoyed the stay very much and were happy about the help Mrs Alba gave us. The villa is very new and modern. The house with its big space and many rooms is perfect to relax and enjoy the sun. Furthermore the own pool was really appreciated. We really loved this place.
