Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the accommodation was a serene escape to Ibiza's countryside. With 5 bedrooms across 3 floors, each equipped with air-conditioning, the villa offered comfort and style. The modern kitchen seamlessly connected to the pool area, providing a picturesque setting. The expansive grounds, the pool, gazebo, and BBQ area, offered a variety of spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.

Best villa!!
The villa has an excellent location, everything is really clean and made with love. Each room has a TV and an aircondition. And the best is the view over the sea. We can recommend it to families, but aswell group of people to spend the best time of your life. We enjoyed the best food and the best locations. We love this place and we'll come again! We love Ibiza!!!!

Wonderful Place
This is one of the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The staff was so helpful. The accommodations very well appointed. The location, off the path a little bit but well worth the extra travel. Stay he if you get a chance.

A stylish, secluded haven
Our family of four stayed at this beautifully villa for ten days and enjoyed one of the best holidays ever. The villa is really well equipped and very spacious. There is great attention to detail here. The pool and garden are beautiful and there's plenty of seating areas in the shade. Sandra provided us with wonderful breakfasts every day and looked after us and the villa really well. I highly recommend this villa!!!
