The lounge and dining area feature air conditioning, ceiling fan, a 42-inch LCD TV (UK Freesat) with USB port, DVD and CD player, and comfortable seating for six.
Outdoor spaces include a south-facing pool, multiple terraces with seating for six, an undercover barbecue area, and laundry facilities with washing machine. The villa is set on a secluded 1,000m² plot surrounded by pine trees and greenbelt land, yet just an eight-minute walk to the village with bars, restaurants, and shops.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
An amazing villa, not directly over looked, in a peaceful location. The pool was obviously well maintained and was enjoyed everyday day by the children. The poolside BBQ proved to be a must in the evenings. Relaxing with some much earned wine we could look out over the countryside towards the sea (10 mins drive to beach). Inside, the villa was spotless, well furnished and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. There was also a fantastic kitchen which was fully equipped and lovely to prepare food in. We did also venture out to the village centre (5 min walk) which has plenty of places to eat and drink in the evening. We have stayed in several holiday Villas/ cottages over the years, and this was by far the best yet. Well done 5 Star.

Lovely villa
We have been coming to Spain for 12 years and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. Excellent facilities, particularly the outside area, and the most comfortable beds I have ever had abroad. The villa location was blissfully quiet, we were really able to relax and unwind. Villa support was also excellent. Always on hand and friendly with it. The beach at Horadada was only 15 minutes drive and beautiful. Lots of easy parking in a big sea front car park.

Great villa
Lovely villa well presented very spacious, lovely views and outside areas couldn’t fault villa. If you like running the area is very hilly but otherwise great and would recommend this location for relaxation and would stay again.
