Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We have just returned after an 8 day stay at this property. It is exactly as advertised. Booking via Alba was extremely simple to do and he also assisted with transfers to and from the airport. The villa is modern, clean, well equipped and extremely spacious. Amazing heated pool and BBQ.

High Quality villa
This elegant home is a high-quality accommodation. We stayed in June, and it was very peaceful and quiet. We found nearby a good supermarket and a couple of open tavernas. A free welcome pack and free airport transfer were provided by this travel agency-very good services.

Menorca is a great family spot. The villa was perfect for our family reunion. There was enough room for everyone to be together but have their own space! All you needed for the holiday was at the villa but Menorca is too nice an island to spend all the time at the villa. The best of both worlds really.
