Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this retreat was just what we needed for a stress-free vacation. The villa's location near Costa Calma Beach and Costa Calma Beach South allowed us to enjoy the sun and sea without worrying about parking. We spent our days by the outdoor pool and on the beach, and the evenings on the deck were a delight. Relaxing Getaway Close to Everything
The house offered us a truly relaxing getaway. Its proximity to the beach and convenient location made our vacation stress-free. We enjoyed leisurely walks to Costa Calma Beach and Costa Calma Beach South. The outdoor areas, including the pool and patio, were perfect for unwinding. Indoors, we appreciated the free WiFi, cable TV, and well-equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. It was a memorable vacation close to everything we needed.

A Beach Lover's Paradise
Our stay at this luxury retreat was a dream come true for beach lovers like us. The villa is ideally located, with both Costa Calma Beach and Costa Calma Beach South just a short walk away. We left our car in the covered onsite parking and spent our days unwinding on the sun loungers at the beach or by the outdoor pool. Evenings on the deck with a drink in hand were a highlight. The villa's indoor comforts, including free WiFi and cable TV, made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a beach paradise.

A beautiful villa
A beautiful home for us to enjoy a peaceful 10 night honeymoon before returning to the cold of Scotland. Perfect seclusion but close to the beach for daily walks. The small village has everything required for self catering but a car is essential to explore the surrounding towns/ area. Sadly our last two days were interrupted with some drilling and work on the adjacent villa rooftops but this was promptly felt with by the owner and the local police. We hope the situation is resolved as it would be very disappointing if the beauty of this villa was damaged by the work. We wish the owners of the villa a genuine thanks and good wishes. We hope some day to return.
