The villa offers a large living room with LCD TV, satellite channels, DVD/CD player, radio, and fireplace, as well as a separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, large refrigerator, freezer, and full cookware and utensils. Laundry and ironing facilities are provided. Linen and towels are included; please bring your own beach towels.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Nice, clean house with lovely garden and pool. A perfect place to spend a quiet and luxurious vacation away from the loud and busy tourist areas but still just a 10 minute drive to beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Perfect house, decorated accomodation. Nice airconditioned bedrooms, perfect clean bathroom.

It was wonderful time and best holiday ever!! The house, garden and the view was amazing. Very good contact with the owner, clean house with facilities for small children and everything you need. We really recommend that house and the nearest quiet area.

Great stay
Great property, our kids loved the swimming pool and the terrace, plus lots of space to play. Beach and shopping are 10 min as described, and we could enjoy the beautiful mountains in the evening. Will be coming back next year!

Fantastic stay!
It was a fabulous stay at this home! From the arrival we were taken care of by the agent representing the owner. The property is beautiful and impressive, super clean, and we were very nicely surprised by a welcome basket arranged by the owner. Surroundings are very nice and it is a quiet neighborhood. We either stayed at the pool or went to the beach, which is indeed 10min drive from the property. The owner left a number of beach and pool toys to be used so it was easy to get started and kids were happy. Overall, great place, we are definitely coming back next year!
