Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came here to celebrate a birthday and couldn’t have picked a better place. The villa had so much room that even with 10 adults we never felt crowded. The heated pool was warm enough to use early in the morning, and the terrace had plenty of space for long dinners after sunset. We used the direct beach access constantly, either for a quick swim or just walking on the sand before breakfast. The agent helped us with a smooth check-in and gave us a few local tips, including where to find the best seafood close by. We also visited the natural pools at El Agujero one afternoon, which was a great little trip. Highly recommend this home if you want peace but still be near Las Palmas.

Beachfront holiday that felt effortless
Our group used the villa as a base for exploring the north of the island, and it worked perfectly. Mornings started with coffee looking straight at the Atlantic, and most evenings ended with dinner outside on the terrace. Bedrooms were comfy and quiet, and having four bathrooms meant no morning chaos. Some of us surfed at Playa del Hombre, others drove into Las Palmas for shopping and the old town. The washing machine and dryer really helped after beach days. It was exactly the kind of slow, spacious holiday we needed.

Loved this house
We spent a week here as two families and the villa just felt easy to live in. Those huge windows made the whole place bright all day, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Kids were in the heated pool nonstop while we relaxed on the terrace. We also walked to a couple of nearby local restaurants and had amazing seafood.

Calm place right by the waves
Stayed here with a group of 10 and honestly the location made the whole trip. Woke up every day with the sound of the ocean and had breakfast on the terrace watching the beach. Pool was warm and super clean, and having direct access to Playa del Hombre was unreal. Perfect spot if you want quiet and space.

the villa was wonderfull, we wnjoyed every moment, one of the best places we have ever stayed at. if ever we go back to Gran Canaria, we'll moast defenetly choose the villa in Gran Canaria again.

Stunning house made a great holiday
We had an excellent holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The call-out service when we had a slight issue with the safe was very good too, nice that we were left alone to get on with it but also to know you have that kind of support available if you need it.
