Five additional en-suite bedrooms provide ample space for family and friends. The villa's interiors include a fully fitted kitchen leading to a breakfast room with its own terrace, a large dining room perfect for entertaining with an inglenook fireplace, a lounge, and a music/reading room. A large entertainment area and fitness room open onto the poolside, while a massive 210m² rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, countryside, and even La Gomera, where the only sound is birdsong.
Set on a 2,700m² plot, the villa features lush gardens and fruit trees, including banana, lemon, orange, mango, almond, and fig. A private heated swimming pool measuring 15m x 5m, solar-powered hot water and pool pump, solar lighting, double-glazed windows, electric gated entrance, and garage for two cars add to the comfort and sustainability of the property.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A luxury retreat in the heart of nature
The property is a dream come true! The spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, made it perfect for our group. The master suite was especially impressive with its walk-in wardrobes and access to the poolside. The villa’s design combines luxury with nature, with gorgeous fruit trees and beautiful gardens surrounding it. The quiet atmosphere and the sound of birds chirping made this the perfect retreat for relaxation. It’s also close enough to explore nearby attractions like Los Cristianos Beach and Teide National Park. A truly unforgettable stay!

We had the most relaxing stay at this seaside retreat! The villa is nestled in the beautiful Valle San Lorenzo, offering complete tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. The panoramic views of the ocean and mountains were just breathtaking, especially from the rooftop terrace. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Amazing Luxurious Property in Beautiful Location
The property is extremely well equipped, safe, very luxurious and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet (I only heard the sound of my own children shouting in the pool!!). The agent, was very helpful, offering us lots of guidance on places to visit, restaurants etc. The agent was on hand at all times if there were any issues, queries or problems.
