Designed by the celebrated modernist architect Mark Guard, the villa sits on an impressive 25,000m² plot, providing complete seclusion and tranquility. Manicured lawns, alfresco dining for up to twenty guests, a boules pitch, barbecue, and multiple terraces ensure that outdoor living is both relaxing and entertaining. The villa is equipped with a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system with four high-quality B&W speakers around the pool, controllable via iPad or iPhone. A 20Mb Wi-Fi connection extends throughout the property, including the pool area. The top-floor terrace features a sunken chill-out area with 360-degree views, perfect for unwinding at any time of day.
Inside, the main house spans 525m² over two floors and is styled by renowned interior designer Rosarinho Gabriel with a colorful, contemporary aesthetic. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a dining area seating twelve. Adjacent, a screening room with a cinema-style projector and Sky satellite channels provides entertainment for all ages. Floor-to-ceiling remote-controlled windows open to uninterrupted panoramic views, and the lighting throughout the villa is controlled via iPad or manual switches.
All bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished for comfort and flexibility: five rooms in the main house feature three twin bedrooms (convertible to doubles) and two double bedrooms, while a private guest house accommodates a sixth bedroom with two twin beds convertible to a double. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, Smart TVs hidden behind artwork, Apple TVs, and iPod docks. A cot and child's bed are available for younger guests.
Security and convenience are paramount, with an alarm system, electric gated access, individual room safes, full air-conditioning, and housekeeping six days a week, including daily cleaning.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just returned from a 5-day stay at this spacious villa and I can’t recommend it enough! We had the whole family (12 people) and the space was perfect. The kids loved the pool, while the adults enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Shoutout to the agency for making everything so easy and providing us with great local tips. A perfect holiday!

Perfect getaway!
If you're looking for peace and privacy, this is the place. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. The villa is huge, super stylish, and the outdoor spaces were ideal for relaxing. The team really took care of everything - from transport to restaurant reservations. Totally worth it!

Simply Amazing!
Wow, what an experience! This villa took my breath away. The views from every angle were incredible - I can’t even begin to describe the sea and countryside. We had 10 of us staying and it felt super spacious, with all the bedrooms being so comfortable. The pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons and the music system? Next level! Shoutout to the agency too, the booking was seamless, and we got a great deal! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful, luxurious getaway.

perfect, absolutely perfect
It is not often when you go on vacation and what you get is actually better than you expect, and that even when your expectations were extremely high. Well, the place, is without a doubt the most luxurious villa in Ibiza. Fully equiped, great bbq area and excellent heated pool. Loving every minute :) Can I recommend? Yesss!

Good facilities and excellent hospitality!
Had a lovely two weeks in the villa during August. Our party consisted of 12 adults and it accommodated very well. The villa had all the facilities we needed - pool, loungers, wi-fi etc, and a few others that we enjoyed, like the outside bread oven where we cooked our own pizzas, and the extended garden with a wide range of fruit and veg. We also had some lovely evenings based around the large outside dining table that easily seated all 12 of us. Finally, we were especially grateful for the hospitality provided by the villa staff. They kept the villa nice and clean throughout our stay, and were always on hand to provide local information & advice, and a few extras like home-made wine, eggs, cakes, fruit etc.

Absolutely Magnificent - A truly wondeful holiday!
We stayed at this villa for the first time in August. I can honestly say it was the best family holiday we have had. All aspects of the house have been beautifully designed. We were able to make use of the pool and sun loungers where we relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It's in a perfect location and as Ibiza is a small island, we were able to explore different places very easily. You are guaranteed a wonderful holiday here. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay and will definitely be returning again for another holiday.

Living the Ibiza dream!!
12 of us stayed at this spacious villa for a short weekend. Alba was a gracious host. The staff met us on airport for the transfer and showed us around the villa. He also was on hand throughout the stay which made life easier for all of us. We had an absolutely blast of a time - and the pictures of his villa do not do it justice as it is a million times nicer in real life.
