Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
After traveling around Spain, this villa was the highlight. The pool area is amazing, the kitchen was easy to use, and the air conditioning worked great. We spent most evenings outside, enjoying dinner with sea views. Great value for what you get.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommended
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is in a quiet area but still close to everything. The pool was well-maintained, and the sun loungers made it easy to unwind. Perfect for a Family Vacation
We stayed at this seaside retreat with our extended family, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is beautifully designed with plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool, while the adults enjoyed the terrace with its gorgeous views. Having a BBQ outside made for some great family meals. Highly recommend!
