Main House - Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom, utility room.
Lower House - Situated at pool level, a separate villa/apartment includes a living/dining area, kitchen, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, and a shower room.
Exterior - Multiple terraces for dining and lounging, offering sun and shaded areas throughout the day. A large 10m x 5m pool with Roman steps (min depth 1m, max depth 2m), open field for play, ping pong table, and BBQ area make outdoor living a pleasure.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Had a fantastic time in this villa. Very spacious, modern, clean, equipped with everything you could ask for.Pool was fantastic and warm!! Lots of seating areas to choose from, sitting out on the balcony at night was great!

Amazing stay! Far succeeded all our expectations!
This villa is everything you could imagine and more! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, waking up each morning and having our breakfast was breath taking! The villa itself is in excellent condition, very clean and spacious! The pool and hot tub are large and clean. There is lots of sun chairs and room around the pool and hot tub along with a charcoal bbq. The location itself it quiet but great! After our wonderful 10 day vacation we could not have been more pleased with the villa! We look forward to our next stay :) I must add I was hesitate booking online and paying in advance but everything worked out wonderfully and we would recommend everyone to stay here!
