Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were eight adults celebrating a birthday and the place fit the occasion perfectly. The concierge passed by on arrival, showed us everything quickly, and left us with a small welcome pack which was a nice touch. Most mornings we started outside with coffee facing that insane horizon, then spent hours between the infinity pool and the shaded terraces. A couple of us used the upstairs office to catch up on work for an hour, which was super handy. The bedrooms were comfy and quiet, and the AC kept things cool at night. One evening we grilled outside and ended up staying on the deck until late just listening to the waves. Amazing week from start to finish.

Loved the whole setup here
Came with friends and the villa gave everyone their own space, especially with those balconies off each bedroom. We cooked a lot because the kitchen was simple to use and had everything at hand. One day we drove to a nearby beach and stayed there until sunset, then ended the night on the terrace with a few drinks. The living room was perfect on the one rainy afternoon we had. Really enjoyed the peaceful vibe in the area.

Great villa for a chilled family week
We took the kids and my parents this time and the layout worked perfectly for all of us, plenty of space and no queueing at bathrooms. Most mornings we walked down toward the rocky coastline before breakfast and ended the day around the pool. The agency also helped us sort an early check-in which really helped after an early flight.
