The basement level includes two additional bedrooms-one with two single beds and another with a single bed-alongside a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area makes cooking and socializing seamless, while a cleaning room and storage space add extra convenience.
Fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including heating, air conditioning, free WiFi, satellite TV, and a DVD player. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I had such a great time at this villa 2! The villa was exactly as described - spacious, with a super comfy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool was perfect for a dip, and we even enjoyed some outdoor meals on the terrace. I was really impressed with how easy the booking process was and the support from the team. We also tried some local activities like snorkeling (a must!) and loved it. Totally recommend this spot if you want a relaxing, fun getaway!

Stunning Stay by the Sea!
Had the best time at this cozy place 2! The location is perfect, literally just a few steps to the beach, which was amazing for morning swims. The villa itself was so spacious and comfortable. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, and we even used it at night under the stars ????. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms looked so fancy with all that marble. I also loved the fact that the villa had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Huge shout-out to the agency, they made everything super easy! ???? Will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this getaway 2. Caroline made us feel at home right from the start with a warm welcome. The house is fabulous! As mentioned before, the pictures don't do it justice. From the functional kitchen with a lovely terrace to enjoy the sun, a beautiful pool area and a walking beach.....i love this villa!!!
