This contemporary 4-bedroom villa in the heart of Son Parc comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The open-plan lounge and dining area is bright and airy, with patio doors leading to the private heated pool (7 x 4 m) and terrace. Air conditioning/heating is included in all bedrooms, WiFi is available, and the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pine and lemon trees at the back of the house. With Son Parc Beach and a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance, this villa is ideal for a relaxing Menorca holiday.
The property is perfectly positioned for easy access to the beach and resort centre, all within 15 minutes on foot. The pool terrace and surrounding lawn provide ample space to relax or sunbathe, while the veranda around three sides of the house offers shaded dining and games areas. A brick BBQ at the back of the garden is perfect for alfresco meals, and a private parking area beside the pool leads to the villa entrance.
The open-plan lounge and dining area has three sets of patio doors, ensuring plenty of natural light and direct access to the pool. There is comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a feature fireplace, and a dining table. Steps lead up to the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the greenery.
Bedroom arrangements include a twin bedroom and wet room with walk-in shower on the ground floor. Upstairs are two more twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The double bedroom features windows on three sides, offering views of the pool and gardens.

It is also home to Menorca's only golf course, and the beautiful sweeping bay is just 15 minutes on foot. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Fabulous villa
I stayed here last year and had an amazing, restful week. The villa was brand new, very zen, and big enough for us all to have our own private terrace space. Walking distance to a lot of bars/ restaurants,! We hired a boat and the trip was amazing. Blissful!
