The ground floor features a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub and shower, plus an additional separate toilet. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the property has central heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
Inside, the spacious living-dining area provides a welcoming space to relax on comfortable sofas, watch satellite TV, or enjoy a family meal. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob, and electric oven, allowing for effortless meal preparation.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This retreat surpassed our expectations with its array of amenities. The spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, provided privacy for our group of 8. The outdoor area, complete with a pool, Jacuzzi, and tennis court, made every day memorable. The proximity to Colònia de Sant Jordi and its services was convenient. EXCELLENT CHOICE!
Amazing villa and amazing location. This was exactly what we were looking for, it was spacious, beautifully sunlit and the pool was just incredible. Perfect environment for a relaxing stay, enjoy with your friends and family and have a great bbq afternoon. I will definitely repeat next year :)

If you are thinking of staying in Ses Salines don't look anywhere else.
Absolutely stunning villa, 5 very large bedrooms, huge kitchen, outdoor dining area, BBQ, fantastic pool and very, very comfortable all round. The best villa i have stayed in. Our group was mixed between adults and young children and everybody had a fantastic holiday. Don't miss out on this place. Its also nearby a lot of bars and restaurants. Hard to beat really.
